Admin and standard users with the Market Analyzer module and with credits
Export a segment to an Excel file to analyze it offline or load it into other tools. You choose which data to include, and the file has a separate tab for each type of data you select.
Export a segment
Note: This export method works for segments of up to 25,000 companies.
For larger segments, split segments or reach out to your account manager to get exports via a Fabric Data Feed.
In Market Analyzer, go to Segments
Open your segment. See Build a segment.

Click on Export.
In the export wizard, choose the data you want to include.
At the last step, review the credit estimate.
Confirm the export.
You’ll receive an email with a link to download the Excel file. Larger segments may take more than 10mn to process.
Credits
Exports use credits. Browsing and building segments is free.
The credit estimator at the end of the wizard shows how many credits the export will use before you confirm. If the estimate is higher than you want, go back and remove data or filter down your list.
Credits are shared across your whole organization, not set per user.
Each export consumes credits, even if another user already exported the same records.
If your organization runs out of credits, the export is blocked until credits are available.
Contact your account manager to add credits.
